Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with over 5 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have strong market connections, deep knowledge of IT services and products, and a proven track record in sales. This is a target-based role, where achieving sales targets is mandatory. Compensation will be based on performance – failure to meet sales targets will result in salary deductions, and no sales will lead to no salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services and products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry players.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Generate and follow up on leads, conduct meetings, and close deals.
- Present and promote company offerings to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to improve sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales with a strong network in the industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals independently.
- Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment with salary linked to targets.
Salary & Incentives:
- Performance-based salary (fixed + commission on achieved targets).
- No target achievement = Salary deduction.
- No sales = No salary.
- If sales exceed the target, an additional commission of up to 15% will be added to the salary.
