At BrainCave Software Private Limited ("BrainCave," "we," "our," or "us"), we take data privacy and user rights seriously. This Data Deletion Policy outlines how users and clients can request the deletion of their data from platforms, websites, mobile apps, or software developed or managed by BrainCave—whether proprietary or client-owned.
This policy applies to all:
Platforms, websites, mobile applications, and SaaS products owned by BrainCave
Applications and platforms developed or managed by BrainCave on behalf of clients
End-users who interact with BrainCave’s systems or client-hosted solutions
Depending on the platform or app used, deletion requests may be made by:
Individual end-users (in the case of BrainCave-owned platforms)
Authorized representatives of client organizations (for client-managed platforms)
Administrators or account owners responsible for managing their company’s user data
Note: If you are an end-user of a client-managed platform (not owned by BrainCave), you must contact your company administrator or the respective organization directly.
To initiate a data deletion request:
Send an email to support@braincavesoft.com with the following details:
Your full name
Registered email address or user ID
Platform or app name
Type of data you wish to delete (e.g., account, activity logs, uploaded documents)
Please contact your company administrator or the respective organization. BrainCave does not act independently in deleting data from client systems unless instructed in writing by the client.
Once we receive a valid request:
We will verify the identity of the requestor to prevent unauthorized deletions.
For BrainCave-owned platforms, data deletion will be initiated within 7 business days.
For client platforms, BrainCave will act only on the written request or approval of the client organization.
You may receive a confirmation email once the deletion is processed.
Depending on the system and account type, the following types of data may be deleted:
User accounts and credentials
Uploaded documents, files, and media
Transaction or activity history
Preferences and settings
Some technical logs or anonymized analytical data may be retained for system integrity and compliance purposes.
We may retain certain data if:
Required by law, regulation, or legal process
Needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
Necessary to maintain platform integrity or prevent fraud
Backups contain your data temporarily (these are purged in routine cycles)
If your account is linked with other systems (e.g., mobile app and web platform), data deletion from one system may apply to all. However, you must specify if you want deletion across all platforms or a specific one.
Once deletion is processed, it cannot be undone. All associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Data Deletion Policy. Any changes will be posted on our official website. Continued use of our platforms constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
