This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products, software platforms, mobile applications, and services offered, developed, or managed by BrainCave Software Private Limited ("BrainCave," "we," "our," or "us"), whether for our own brand or for our clients.
Due to the nature of digital products, software platforms, and service-based deliverables, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase, subscription, or development work has commenced or been delivered—unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Custom software, web, or mobile app development
SaaS (Software as a Service) subscriptions
API integrations, hosting, or cloud services
Digital consultancy or project management hours
Source code deliveries
Technical support or maintenance subscriptions
For any physical or tangible products sold under BrainCave brands (such as software licenses packaged with hardware, promotional items, or merchandise), returns may be eligible under the following conditions:
The product is unused and in original packaging
The return request is raised within 7 calendar days of delivery
The product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@braincavesoft.com with your invoice and issue details. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence or ship the product back to a specified address.
Refunds may be approved only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment due to technical error
Service not rendered due to BrainCave’s fault and no work initiated
Refund request approved as per written contractual agreement
Failed delivery of subscription-based digital service (with proof)
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind or user error after purchase
Failure to provide required assets, information, or approvals causing delay
Violation of terms of service
Partial use or consumption of services
Client-side technical or compatibility issues not caused by BrainCave
If a project or service contract is canceled by the client mid-way:
Any advance payment is non-refundable
Work completed up to the date of cancellation must be paid in full
In case of retainer or subscription services, cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle

In cases where BrainCave is managing platforms or services for a third-party client, end users must contact the respective company or organization for any return or refund requests. BrainCave acts as a service provider and does not hold financial responsibility in such cases.
We reserve the right to revise this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our official website. Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
